We don’t have a strategy yet.” Obama press secretary Josh Earnest, less than an hour later: “In his remarks today, POTUS was explicit—as he has been in the past—about the comprehensive strategy we’ll use to confront ISIL threat.” Our conclusion: Never try to put lipstick on a horse before the horse is before the cart, or something.
