The Obamacare website, Healthcare.gov, is down and not allowing users (at least, this user) to create an account in order to register for health insurance through the federal exchange. Here's what the page looked like when I just tried to sign up:

The federal government's Healthcare.gov health insurance website's application and enrollment system went down on the final day to begin the process to apply for health insurance for 2014.
Monday is the deadline to sign up for private health insurance in the new online markets created by President Barack Obama's health care law. So far, about four out of every five people enrolling have qualified for tax credits to reduce the cost of their premiums.
According to a statement from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: "HealthCare.gov marketplace application and enrollment system is currently unavailable. The tech team is working now to bring the system online as soon as possible."
The online application has been unavailable since 3:20 a.m.
