President Obama is enjoying a bit of a post-election honeymoon, but the same cannot be said for his signature legislation.

According to polling by Rasmussen Reports, Obama’s net approval rating among likely voters is +14 percentage points (56 percent approving, 42 percent disapproving), which is the highest that it’s been since his first five months in office.

Meanwhile, according to polling by CNN, registered voters oppose Obamacare by a margin of 10 points — 52 to 42 percent. Independents like Obamacare even less, opposing it by a margin of 22 points — 57 to 35 percent. Clearly, voters didn’t think they were ratifying Obamacare when they pulled the lever for Obama.
