An Alabama restaurant owner says that because of Obamacare he'll be reducing employer's hours and that he might have to close up shop:

"Pofolks restaurant owner Ron Jones employs anywhere from 30- to-40 area residents on a full or part- time basis," says the local reporter. "Jones will cut down on full staff and hours to avoid paying employee health insurance. Jones says employee insurance implementation would put him out of business."

"We had 30 people and 15 or 16 were full time," says the owner, Jones. "Now I can only have four of the full time position."

The reporter concludes, "The new health care law is expected to be a great challenge for both small and large businesses."
