Another Investigation?

The investigation into the Benghazi affair is opposed by the usual suspects who advance the predictable arguments to include, What, another investigation?  We’ve been there and done that. Nothing left to learn. Time to move on.

Yes. Always time to move on to more important business. And don’t look back or you’ll be turned into a Republican … or something.  So it barely rises to the level of news when, as Adam Edelman of the New York Daily News reports, “an irritated Democratic pol” has called:

The creation of a new committee to further investigate the 2012 attacks on the American compound in Benghazi, Libya ... a “colossal waste of time”...

“It's a tremendous red herring and a waste of taxpayer resources," Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said  [on] “Fox News Sunday” ...“We've had four bipartisan investigations of this already. We’ve tread down this path so many times.”

Seems like there were many investigations regarding the guilt of Dreyfus, too.

Mr. Schiff could take a minute to look it up before he moves on.
