We, and our allies, are getting out, but it will, not evidently, be easy.  The enemy has something to say about that and as Heath Druzin of Stars and Stripes reports: 

... despite the multinational military coalition’s pronouncements that the war is winding down,.... in June, at least 27 foreign troops died, including 17 Americans, the most deaths in a month since September 2012.
