Nebraska Republican attorney general Jon Bruning, the leading candidate to replace retiring Democratic senator Ben Nelson, has a new TV advertisement running statewide for the next two weeks. In the ad, Bruning touts his work as attorney general in suing the federal government over Obamacare, a timely reference with the Supreme Court's oral arguments dominating the news this week. Watch the ad below:

If he wins the Republican nomination, Bruning will likely face former governor and senator Bob Kerrey, a Democrat, in the general election.
