Carville: 90 Percent of Democrats Want Hillary Clinton to Run

James Carville, a former adviser to Bill Clinton, told George Stephanopoulos, also a former adviser to Clinton, that 90 percent of Democrats want Hillary Clinton to run for president in 2016.

"I don't know what she's going to do, but I do know this: The Democrats want her to run," said Carville, in response to a discussion about Clinton's future. "And I don't just mean a lot of Democrats. I mean a whole lot of Democrats, like 90 percent across the country. We just don't -- we just want to win. We think she's the best person and shut it down. And that's across the board."

Clinton is stepping down from the secretary of state slot, a position she's held for the last four years.

Carville made his remarks on ABC's This Week, which is hosted by Stephanopoulos.
