This scope of the thing is certainly impressive and good news that the agency went outside and found a provider with a solid track record. One can only hope that the cooperation and coordination will result in better intelligence than that provided lately by the fortress in Baghdad that cost almost a billion dollars, is staffed by several hundred people, and somehow missed the massing of all those Toyota trucks with machine gun mounts roaring down the Iraq highways and packed with men dreaming of a new Caliphate.
