Confirmed: A Vote for the LaTourette-Cooper Plan Is a Vote for Obamacare

Moderate Republican congressman Steven LaTourette of Ohio has come up with an alternative budget with Democrat Jim Cooper of Tennessee. LaTourette's office is now circulating a "rebuttal memo" around Capitol Hill that challenges some arguments made against it. But the memo doesn't even try to rebut the fact that LaTourette-Cooper budget would fund Obamacare: 

“The GDP+1 limitation will not require any further changes in health care programs if the reforms in the [Affordable Care Act] and other health reforms work as well as hoped and reduce costs more than CBO currently projects. The budget simply says that Congress will need to take further actions if those reforms fall short of limiting spending growth to GDP+1.”
