Back when the Obama administration needed a little help selling the Affordable Care Act, (then) HHS Secretary Sebelius made a few calls.  Friendly, no doubt, in tone, suggesting that a contribution might be helpful.

As Jason Millman of the Washington Post reports, one of those groups, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation:

...provided $13 million in grants toward Obamacare outreach activities last year after a funding request from the Obama administration, according to a new government audit.

Lest you worry that this might have been a case of improper influence of, heaven forfend, arm twisting, the foundation

... a nonprofit consumer advocacy group, said it didn't award the funds because Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius had requested the donations.

Case closed.
