Texas Senate candidate David Dewhurst has a harsh new radio ad criticizing his Republican primary opponent Ted Cruz for "helping a Chinese company get away with stealing blueprints from an American company." Listen to the ad below:

The firm for which Cruz works is representing Chinese company Shandong Linglong in a suit against a Florida business, although Cruz has argued he isn't the "lead lawyer" on the case and has never represented the company in court. The Dewhurst campaign has been hitting Cruz on this issue repeatedly.

Cruz, meanwhile, has released two new TV ads this week featuring Texas conservative leaders and activists. Watch both ads below:

Dewhurst, Texas's lieutenant governor, and Cruz face off with two other Republican candidates, Tom Leppert and Craig James, in the May 29 primary. A recent PPP poll showed Dewhurst leading Cruz 38 percent to 26 percent, although Cruz showed signs of significant gains and momentum.
