Nina Totenberg says it was "stupid" to wish AIDS on Jesse Helms and his grandkids: "I haven't said anything that stupid on the air in 15 years." Jimmy Carter: Reagan only won in 1980 because of the third-party candidate. Rasmussen shows Johnson leading Feingold 53% to 46%. Contrary to the tracking poll earlier today showing Toomey up 8 points, Reuters/Ipsos shows the PA Senate race tied at 46%. PPP shows Boxer leading Fiorina 52% to 43%. In Alaska, Joe Miller gets the endorsement of pro-life group.
