In an email to supporters, Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign tries to raise the final funds needed to retire debt incurred from Clinton's failed presidential bid.
"Your response to President Clinton's email of last week has been overwhelming and we are just dollars away from paying Hillary's debt in full -- don't miss your chance to help us reach our final goal!" the email begins, referencing last week's bid by Bill Clinton raise money to pay off the debt.
"Click here to contribute and be automatically entered to win a trip to New York for you and a friend," reads the email, trying to incentivize donations.
"And, don't forget that you still have time to get your campaign memorabilia -- DVDs, posters, buttons and more. Once the last of these items are gone, they are gone forever. Make a contribution to get your piece of history today! Order by Tuesday, December 12, to have your items arrive before Christmas.
"Thanks for your continued friendship and support, and good luck!"
