Hillary Disclosed, Why Won't Hagel?

A reader with experience in government and the philanthropic sector notes:
"Chuck Hagel's claim that he has a fiduciary responsibility to protect the identities of donors to the nonprofits with which he has been affiliated is generally true: nonprofits have a First Amendment right not to disclose the names of their donors. But when Hillary Clinton was nominated to be Secretary of State, the Clinton Foundation waived that right and disclosed a very long list of foreign contributors. Mr. Hagel at least has the obligation to ask the directors of the groups with which he has been affiliated to do likewise."
