Which means that there are now more people working than there were before the recession and, for that matter, than ever before in American history.
There are, of course, more people needing work than ever before and with this report, the labor participation rate remains unchanged at 62.8 percent.
This is a report, then, that will studied and analyzed microscopically. And it should supply a headline for just about everyone looking to apply a partisan spin.
But it surely isn’t bad news.
