In testimony on Capitol Hill, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton brought up the movie Argo last month to help explain the terror attack against Americans in Benghazi, Libya. And now, with the Oscars tonight, the new secretary of state, John Kerry, is again plugging the film.

In a tweet, Kerry wrote, "Good luck  and  at the Oscars. Nice seeing & our Foreign Service on the big screen."

The State Department then tweeted:

And then re-tweeted this, from the film's director, Ben Affleck:

Argo has been nominated in the "best picture" category.

Kerry is not expected to attend tonight's Oscars awards ceremony. Instead, he left today on his first trip abroad as secretary of state.
