Charles Krauthammer declared Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney the winner of tonight's debate:

"I think it's unequivocal, Romney won," said Krauthammer. "And he didn't just win tactically, but strategically."

He added, "Romney went large, Obama went very, very small--shockingly small."
