In case you can't keep track of the quickly shifting rules about civility in public discourse, here's a video primer from Chris Matthews. In his book 67-year-old veteran Bert Stead is a harbinger of the fall of the Republic because he satirically called himself a "right-wing terrorist" at a town hall meeting. When Chris Matthews fantasizes graphically about a violent death for Rush Limbaugh, no biggie. That's just show biz, folks!
