West Virginia's Democratic governor and Senate candidate Joe Manchin, who said he would have voted for Obamacare days before it passed, called for repealing some bad parts of the health care law on September 27. At the same time, Manchin maintained that Obamacare is "a great bill."

Now, Manchin says the "whole thing" may need to be repealed:

"The president's plan -- 'Obamacare,' as it's been called -- is far too reaching. It's overreaching. It needs to have a lot of it repealed," Manchin said Monday on Fox News. "If you can't fix that, repeal the whole thing."

Which parts of Obamacare does Manchin want to scrap? The tax hikes, Medicare cuts, and individual mandate? If so, how does he pay for the trillions in Obamacare subsidies?
