On Mitt Romney's side, his running mate, Paul Ryan, emailed praise for the Republican nominee:

Mitt crushed it again at tonight's debate. He showed America that on November 6th, there is a clear choice: four more years of what we already know hasn't worked, or a new path that leads to a real recovery.
