 With 11 percent of precincts reporting, NBC News projects Mitt Romney as the winner of Republican presidential primary in New Hampshire. The vote count currently:  Mitt Romney 35.6 percent Ron Paul 24.6 percent Jon Huntsman 16.9 percent Newt Gingrich 10.7 percent Rick Santorum 9.7 percent
