Via GOP12, the latest ad from the Romney campaign focuses on spending:

"We have a moral responsibility not to spend more than we take in," Romney says in the new spot. "We can’t keep buying and spending and passing on debts to our kids. And I’ll stop it."

The Romney campaign has also released a positive TV ad on "The Romney Plan":

“My plan is to help the middle class,” says Romney. "Trade has to work for America. That means crack down on cheaters like China. It means open up new markets. Next, got to balance the budget. You’ve got to cut the deficit. You’ve got to stop spending more money than we take in. And finally, champion small business. Have tax policies, regulations, and healthcare policies that help small business. We put those in place, we’ll add 12 million new jobs in four years."
