New York Post Endorses Wendy Long

The New York Post has endorsed Wendy Long, a New York lawyer, for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate:
Long faces Congressman Bob Turner and Nassau County comptroller George Maragos in Tuesday's GOP primary. The latest poll from Siena College shows Turner leading Long, 16 percent to 11 percent, with 80 percent saying they "didn't know" or had "no opinion."
The primary turnout in highly Democratic New York is expected to be low, but a high-profile endorsement from the New York Post could be enough to give Long a boost over Turner.
The Republican nominee will face incumbent Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand in November.
