Noam Chomsky Weighs In on Bin Laden with Predictable Results

I know you were all waiting with bated breath to see when America's Greatest Living Public Intellectual™ would weigh in on the Osama bin Laden killing, so good news! Chomsky's dutiful stenographers have seen fit to wipe the cerebral-spinal fluid dripping out the corner of his mouth, and splatter it down on a piece of paper so his left-wing minions can perform rorschach analysis on it. 

Spoiler alert: Killing bin Laden proves, yet again, that the U.S. is an evil hegemonic empire. This might well be the dumbest paragraph you read all year:

Same with the name, Operation Geronimo. The imperial mentality is so profound, throughout western society, that no one can perceive that they are glorifying bin Laden by identifying him with courageous resistance against genocidal invaders. It’s like naming our murder weapons after victims of our crimes: Apache, Tomahawk… It’s as if the Luftwaffe were to call its fighter planes “Jew” and “Gypsy.”
