The Obama Administration's First Protest Resignation?

April 2, 2010: Actor / White House aide Kal Penn announces he is leaving his job with the Obama administration.

May 11, 2010: White Castle announces that Obamacare will cut the company's income by half.

Recall that before Penn became the most realistic doctor on television, he got his big break by starring in Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.

Did Penn, in an act of loyalty to the hamburger joint which gave him his career, angrily tell the president that he could no longer stand by while Obamacare ravaged the nation's economy and brought great private sector institutions low?
