Rick Perry just announced that he's returning to Texas to reassess his place in the presidential race. "I've decided to return to Texas, assess the results of tonight's caucus, determine whether there is a path forward for myself," the Texas governor said. Perry spent the most money in the Iowa caucus and came in 5th with 10 percent of the vote. Perry said it wasn't his lifelong ambition to be president of the United States.
