Sandra Fluke has endorsed President Obama for reelection. This is sure to be a game-changer as there are, doubtless, millions who have been holding back, waiting to see which way Ms. Fluke would be voting, before making up their own minds.
The president's fortunes were further bolstered last nightwhen the editor of Vogue magazine co-hosted a fundraiser in Manhattan.
Vogue, of course, is the respected political journal which recently celebrated the exquisite taste of the first lady of Syria, a global clothes horse whose husband is busy killing his constituents and does not return Secretary of State Clinton's phone calls urging him to stop.
But, never mind. His wife looks smashing and she is splendidly thin.
Also, in boring and irrelevant political news, jobless claims rose last week. "Unexpectedly," of course.
