President Avoids Healthcare.gov to Sign Up for Obamacare

President Obama did not use Healthcare.gov to sign up for Obamacare. Instead, he sent his people to sign him up for the D.C. health care exchange in person.
As Politico reports:
Allahpundit wonders whether it's because the security for healthcare.gov is too tenuous to be relied on by the president of the United States. "Of course the president’s not going to entrust his vital info to one of these tinpot online exchanges. He knows better than anyone how vulnerable they are; the one he built himself was so grotesquely flawed, his own security team wouldn’t sign off on it," writes Allahpundit.
One also can't help but wonder whether the Obama team at first tried to use the website to sign up the president. It's been known to fail before. And only then did someone have to go sign-up the president in person?
Of course the whole idea that the commander in chief, who is surrounded by a medical team, needs Obamacare is preposterous. Yet it does seem oddly fitting.
