The paperback version of All In, the biography of David Petraeus written by his mistress Paula Broadwell, will be published earlier than planned, according to Shelf Awareness:

Pub date for the paperback of ALL IN, Paula Broadwell's Petraeus bio, moved up; Penguin will ship 11/21.

On Friday, the Twitter account of Penguin Press, Broadwell's publisher, sent out a link to an excerpt from the book upon the news of Petraeus's resignation from the CIA.
