Tomorrow is a big day in American politics. Important primaries (and an equally important special election) will take place in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Arkansas. USA Today runs through the contests.

Ross Douthat's excellent column today describes a paradox: The current populist uprising is leading to the agglomeration of power among elites. I made a somewhat similar point in a recent editorial.
