 New York congressman Charlie Rangel says it's "embarrassing as hell" President Barack Obama's cabinet isn't more diverse: This week, Obama will have nominated three white men to top level administration spots (John Brennan as CIA director, Jack Lew as treasury secretary, and Chuck Hagel as defense secretary).
