Rasmussen Polls Iowa: Romney 23, Paul 22, Santorum 16

The latest poll from Rasmussen seems to confirm that Rick Santorum is on the move in Iowa:

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely GOP caucus participants finds Romney with 23% support to Paul’s 22%. Former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum has moved into third place with 16%, his best showing to date, closely followed by former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Texas Governor Rick Perry who earn 13% of the vote each.

Romney actually leads Paul by 11 points--26% to 15%--among Republican voters, according to Rasmussen. Paul is tied for third place with Gingrich, behind Romney and Santorum, among Republican voters. But Paul is vying for the lead in the Iowa caucus because he is ahead of Romney by 23 points among non-Republicans who plan to vote in the caucus. Romney and Paul are now tied at 21.3% in the RealClearPolitics average of polls.
