Rasmussen Tracking Poll: Obama Approval at 41%

A new low:

Overall, 41% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. That’s the lowest level of approval yet recorded for this president. Fifty-eight percent (58%) now disapprove.

And if the USA loses to Slovenia in the World Cup (they're currently down 2-1), there's no telling how low Obama could sink.

I think we all know that we wouldn't be in this situation if George W. Bush were president.
