With St. Louis and Kansas City on opposite ends of the state, and with mostly small(er) towns or rural areas in between, Missouri features a blend of urban, suburban, and rural living somewhat like that of the United States as a whole. Yet as this map from the Los Angeles Times shows, Rick Santorum (depicted in light green) won all 114 counties in the Show Me State.

The results are similar in Minnesota, where (with 99 percent of the precincts having reported) Santorum won 82 of the 87 counties, Ron Paul won 4, and 1 county is tied between Santorum and Paul.
