But Saudi Arabia is still a very big part of the terror finance problem. Hypothetically, even if the Saudis halved their terror funding problem, the amount left on the table would still mean that too much jihadist money is flowing into the system. Thus, despite some tangible gains, a decade after 9/11, the problems that began in Saudi Arabia are far from over. Rather, they will likely continue to pose a significant threat for some time to come.
