Senator to Place Holds on Obama's Nominees Until Benghazi Questions Are Answered

This morning on CBS's Face the Nation, Senator Lindsey Graham said he'd place holds on President Obama's national security nominees, Chuck Hagel for secretary of defense and John Brennan for CIA director, until the White House answered questions on the Benghazi terror attack:
Graham said he'd put a hold on Obama's nominees until the American people understood what happened the night of 9/11 in Benghazi.
"Let me just make sure, because you’re about to make some news here, I think," said host Bob Schieffer. "You are saying that you are going to block the nominations–you’re going to block them from coming to a vote until you get an answer on this–"
"Yes," said Graham.
The host responded, "Now, John McCain has already said he doesn’t think the Republicans ought to filibuster this."
"I’m not," Graham started.
"What will you do? You’re just going to put a hold on them–"
"I’m not filibustering this–"
"What has to happen? What would they have to do then to bring this to a vote?"
"I want to know who changed the talking points," said Graham. "Who took the references to al Qaeda out of the talking points given to Susan Rice? We still don’t know. Richard Burr and Saxby Chambliss have found emails discussing changing the talking points. I think her story, after what we found out in this hearing, was incredibly misleading. I want to know what our president did. What did he do as commander in chief? Did he ever pick the phone and call anybody? I think this is stuff that the country needs to know."
