All the Omnibus's Earmarks

Oklahoma's junior senator Tom Coburn has compiled a "working database" of every earmark in the omnibus appropriations bill in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. Here are some of the most expensive earmarks listed:
$40,000,000 for a "National Bio- and Agro-defense Facility" by outgoing Senator (and incoming governor) Sam Brownback (R-Kan.).
$40,000,000 for an "International Program for the Elimination of Child Labor for the US contribution to a multinational effort to combat child labor consistent with Executive Order 12216 and the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008" by Senator Tom Harkin (D-Iowa).
$35,500,000 for "Building Renovation/Homeless Veterans Facility, West LA VAMC" by Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.).
$30,000,000 for the "Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Teaching and Research Corridor" at the University of Alabama by Senator Richard Shelby (R-Ala.).
$74,085,000 in total for three educational programs--the National Writing Project, Reading is Fundamental, and Center for Civic Education--by several representatives and senators.
$21,000,000 for the "Yazoo Basin, Mississippi Delta Headwaters Project" by Senators Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) and Roger Wicker (R-Miss.)
$20,000,000 for Teach for America by several representatives and senators.
