Specter-Sestak Primary Too Close to Call

The latest from Quinnipiac:

U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak continues his stretch run in the Pennsylvania U.S. Senate primary and now trails incumbent Sen. Arlen Specter by a too-close-to-call 44 - 42 percent among likely Democratic primary voters, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.

Rasmussen showed Sestak leading Specter 47% to 42% last week.

Specter's going to be dogged in the final week of the campaign by his vote against Elena Kagan to be solicitor general. He's now up on air with an ad touting Obama's support for him. It's eerily reminiscent of a Specter ad featuring George W. Bush 6 years ago, as this TPM mashup shows:
