Stephanie Cutter Uses Communist Propaganda Outlet to Hit Romney (Updated: DNC Too)

This morning, President Obama's deputy campaign manager, Stephanie Cutter, tweeted:

China's Xinhua is the state's Communist propaganda outlet.

"Xinhua is subordinate to the State Council and reports to the Communist Party of China's Propaganda and Public Information Departments," according to Wikipedia.

UPDATE: Another Obama campaign official, Danny Kanner, the deputy director of rapid response, is now referring to the Communist propaganda machine:
