Where's Newsweek Finding Its "Likely Voters"?

Newsweek has just released a likely-voter poll showing Democrats leading by 3 points (48 to 45 percent) on the generic congressional ballot. The same poll shows that likely voters approve of President Obama's performance by a 14-point margin (54 to 40 percent).  Since Rasmussen shows Obama with only a 10-point edge in his approval rating (55 to 45 percent) in New York! -- a state in which Obama won by a cool 27 points (63 to 36 percent) in 2008 -- either the Newsweek poll must have focused almost exclusively on likely voters in Hawaii and the District of Columbia, or else one of these two polls is very, very far off.
