Shortly after news of the terrorist attacks in Norway broke, online jihadist forums considered credible began claiming responsibility. Those claims were a big part of the early media coverage. But now, the press is reporting that officials have arrested a Norwegian man named Anders Behring Breivik and the police are saying that he is a right-wing extremist, or merely a psychopath, and not a jihadist. The Daily Mail (UK) reports:
