Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney just released the following statement, calling for President Obama to fire his ambassador and fundraiser, Howard Gutman, who blamed Israel for Muslim anti-Semitism:
The U.S. ambassador to Belgium, Howard Gutman, recently told a conference hosted by the European Jewish Union that Israel is to blame for growing anti-Semitism harbored by people of Muslim faith.
It now seems that one Jew is worth more than 1,000 Arabs—the rate of exchange established not by Israel, but by Hamas, and celebrated on the Arab street. The “prisoner swap” of more than a thousand Arab prisoners for the single Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, kidnapped five years ago and held in captivity for just this purpose, represents a gap between two civilizations that has been widening for over six decades with no signs of contraction in sight.
Perhaps this is why Joe Lieberman--who said today on Laura Ingraham’s radio show that “The way this Occupy Wall Street is expressing itself is not reflective of the majority of people in our country”--is not embracing the protesters:
"At this point, it's safe to say many in the Democratic caucus see Sen. Lieberman as a mosquito," said Jimmy Williams, a former aide to Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.). "The bad news is he has sucked enough blood from both sides of the aisle. The good news is winter is coming, meaning his time in the Senate will thankfully come to an end."

Last week, the Emergency Committee for Israel released this ad, calling attention to the anti-Semitism present at the Occupy Wall Street protests and asking Democratic politicians who have embraced the movement to denounce these individuals:

Al Qaeda has released a tape commemorating the 10th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. According to the invaluable SITE Intelligence Group, the tape includes a speech given by Osama bin Laden that appears to be the same one found in the terror master’s Abbottabad, Pakistan not-so-safe house. The Pentagon previously released video of the speech without sound.
