New Jersey governor Chris Christie, a Republican, is on his way to winning big in his bid for reelection Tuesday, and there's already talk he may be on his way to running for president in three years. Speaking to CNN's Jake Tapper, Christie argued he's not a moderate as he's sometimes portrayed.
CNN host Stephanie Cutter, who worked on President Obama's reelection campaign, has sent a fundraising email on behalf of Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe.
"Hey there," Cutter begins. "Another poll came out this week showing Terry McAuliffe with a marginal lead over Ken Cuccinelli in the Virginia governor's race. Most people I know were thrilled. But I got nervous."
Ryan Anderson of the Heritage Foundation debated CNN's Piers Morgan and his guest, Suze Orman, about same-sex marriage Tuesday night. Morgan concluded the debate by saying he found Anderson's position "a bit offensive." "It's not fair, it's not tolerant, it's not American," said the British-born host.
