President Obama is on board Air Force One on his way to Orlando, Florida for campaign events. "[Obama] is bound for Orlando to squeeze in some campaigning before Sandy really bears down," according to the pool report.
Tomorrow, the president is scheduled to hold campaign events in Florida, and then travel to Ohio. As of now, he's scheduled to return to Washington tomorrow night.
Mitt Romney’s aim was to present himself with the demeanor and grasp of foreign and national security issues of a president of the United States. He succeeded. President Obama sought to make Romney appear unqualified to be president and commander in chief. He failed. And that was the story of the third and final presidential debate.
According to the campaign, Mitt Romney raised $170 million in September alone. That dollar figure includes money raised by the Republican National Committee and various state parties.

Watching last night's debate, I'm more struck than ever that Obama may be able to fight the economic policy issues to a draw. Romney-Ryan still haven't answered the blame-Bush narrative, and that combined with scaring people about Romney-Ryan on taxes and entitlements have probably pulled Obama-Biden up to a parity on the economy. And it's hard to see what's going to change that in the final three weeks.

With just over 50 days until the presidential election, Joe Biden, the gaffe-prone vice president, is taking the weekend off. "The Vice President will be in Wilmington, Delaware," his public calendar reads. "There are no public events scheduled."

As we wait to see the extent and duration of Barack Obama’s post-convention bounce, it makes sense to do a little analytical house cleaning. In particular, a meme developed over the summer that Barack Obama was a strong favorite to win reelection, thanks to a sustained and substantial lead over his Republican challenger, Mitt Romney, particularly in the swing states.
