Former Obama Czar on Granholm's DNC Speech: 'Must Have Had Some Medications or Something in Her System'

Former Obama administration official Steven Rattner said on MSNBC that Jennifer Granholm "must have had some medications or something in her system" when she addressed the Democratic convention last month:

"I worked with her," said Rattner, formerly President Obama's car czar. "That's not the Jennifer Granholm I knew, let's put it that way. She must have had some medications or something in her system."
