During the primaries, Obama vowed:

I will cut tens of billions of dollars in wasteful spending. I will cut investments in unproven missile defense systems. I will not weaponize space. I will slow our development of future combat systems.

After Iran's missile test and Russia's threat to respond to our missile defense shield "not with diplomatic, but with military-technical methods", does Obama still favor cutting missile defense?
