Via Maggie Haberman, the Obama campaign announces Bill Clinton will campaign in Minnesota:
Tomorrow, October 30, President Bill Clinton will hold a grassroots event to rally supporters in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the University of Minnesota, McNamara Alumni Center.
In Minneapolis, President Clinton will discuss the choice in this election between moving forward with President Obama’s vision to create an economy that’s built to last, or going back to the same failed top-down economic policies that crashed our economy and punished the middle class.
Following the event in Minneapolis, President Bill Clinton will rally supporters in Duluth, MN before traveling to Colorado for grassroots events in Aurora and Denver on Tuesday.
And ABC says that Minnesota is no longer a "safe" state for Obama, though the network does believe the president still has an advantage there.
