Reuters is reporting that Russian high officials are expressing “grave doubts” about developments in the Ukraine.
"We do not understand what is going on there. There is a real threat to our interests and to the lives of our citizens," [Prime Minister Dmitry] Medvedev was quoted by Russian news agencies as saying.
Understandable that the Russians would not understand. Question is: Can they learn to live with it or will they try, instead, to do something about it?
History is not comforting.
