John Edwards has launched his first major television advertisement in Iowa:

It's good! I noticed two things: One, the more left-wing elements of Edwards's policy agenda are missing from the ad; and two, Edwards uses his wife to great effect.

Coming off a strong debate this week, Edwards may be able to translate such an advertisement into a bounce in some Iowa polls. Or maybe he's just "piling on." ...
